Texan artist Nathan Boyd maintains a blog as well as a strong profile on Deviant Art. His blog, Sily Nate, is divided into Characters, Backgrounds, Animation, Posters, Storyboards and Miscellaneous. Therein is the first clue he’s an artist with wide talent.
A quick tour of his work (which I highly) recommend reveals a skill at taking iconic figures and giving them back to us in artistic form. His collection of Disney characters re-imagined as Star Wars characters is stellar.
