AGolden Hero Pulp is a unique and both simple and advanced game. It was the first RPG I played and have sinced played many more. I’m a big comics reader so I may be biased in the fact i can now create any of my favourite heroes from Green Lantern to Iron Man and even the wacky Blue Raja(See Mystermen) The game uses a system of Positive and Negative Feats. Negative Feats can help to give your character a third dimension and a proper origin. The Game is simple enough that a 12 year old is able to run a simple game but has enough detail that it ends up having astro physicists stumped.

I have also taken the chance to run games with golden and even though the PC’s can be extremely powerful it is just as easy to build villains who are equally as powered.

The only two flaws i found in the golden book were
    1. Maps within too small (It’s still fantastic that it includes maps)
    2. Some of the pages finish with the name of a feat while the next page has the rules (It still has hundreds of feats though)

All in all I give golden a 9.4 It is a fantastic and simple rules system to use and has a lot of potential over the next several years
